The Plan for National Operations as amended and updated

Prior to commencing operations, the national roll-out plan envisioned opening three to four clinics across the country during the first two years.  These clinics were to be established to ease the travel burdens for both the company prosthetists and the patient-families being taken care of..   As events unfolded, we discovered not only a willingness, but a decided eagerness on the part of general practice prosthetics providers throughout the country, to joint venture with us fitting the children.   In less than a year in operations, we have established 12 such joint ventures with some of the most prestigious general practice prosthetics providers in the country; these 12 encompass some 70% of the national population.

Those joint venture partners are geographically positioned from New York to California.

The twelve affiliates reside in States which encompass some 70% of the United States Population, (thus 70% of the market potential ).
Those Partners are also strategically located to serve many families in their neighboring States.

Our Prosthetists now have “hubs” with fabrication labs and billing teams in each of these “pediatric centers”.  From them our practitioners can conveniently make house-calls when necessary within a 200 to 300 mile radius utilizing our corporate aircraft.

Each of our partners has at least one experienced prosthetist extremely motivated by the opportunity to fit pediatric patients, and delighted to undergo the rigorous training required to fit them properly and expeditiously.
Our partners properly view these relationships as an opportunity to expand their local practice to a “regional pediatric” practice with attendant added revenue as a result of our national marketing efforts....at a negligible additional cost to them.
We of course view the relationships as a cost effective means of extending our geographic reach and presence.  Any patient-family fears of distance and/or inaccessibility are thereby minimized.
These partnerships are not carved indelibly.  We view them as living evolving relationships that can mature into a long term synergistic whole much greater than the sum of its parts.
